Chris joined Wheelers in 1985 and became a Partner of Wheeler Group LLP in 2005. He has extensive experience in the roles of Employers Agent, Consultant Quantity Surveyor and Planning Supervisor on a wide ranging portfolio of new build, refurbishment and programmed fit-out commissions including Offices, Factories, Schools, Aircraft and Marine Engine Test Bays and Animal Welfare Facilities. Chris has also carried out a number of Technical and Financial Audits for Government Agencies throughout the UK.
