David joined Wheelers in 1972, became a director of Wheeler Group Consultancy in 1987 and managing director in 1992. He is responsible for production and resources in the firm as a whole and for the services provided by Southampton office. His professional experience covers major public sector works, including management of maintenance works for major public agencies, defence facilities and refurbishment and new construction for a range of national and international companies. He frequently acts as Project Manager for Clients with experience in offices, research laboratories, airport and specialist buildings and he also leads Wheelers construction audit team, providing forensic surveying expertise.
