NEW VISITORS CENTRE - DYFED WILDLIFE TRUSTThis innovative building, in a rural area of outstanding beauty, was designed by Niall Phillips Architects to maximise the possibilities for observation of the natural environment and its wildlife. Wheelers acted as project co-ordinators and quantity surveyors for this project using our nearby office base with its specialist local knowledge. The building was procured under a lump sum contract with a value of around £600,000.
