THE LONDON BIOSCIENCE INNOVATION CENTRE

In September 2000, Wheelers were appointed as Cost Consultants for the new London BioScience Innovation Centre located at the Royal Veterinary College, Camden, the first such purpose built facility for London.

With the assistance of the London Development Agency, phases 1, 1A and 2 are now completed and occupied by tenants. Planning permission has been received for Phase 3, a new building to contain further state of the art laboratories, IT areas, offices and interaction areas. Project work for incoming tenants continues and includes options for the construction of clean rooms to ISO grades 5 and 7, integrated services and support infrastructure.
