Jim joined Wheelers in 1977 and has been a key member of operations in the Principality since, having represented the firm from Haverfordwest, Swansea and Cardiff offices. His extensive local knowledge and commitment to the region leaves him well-placed to serve Clients in Wales though he also acts for clients in the London region. Since joining the board in 1987, Jim has handled a varied portfolio of commissions in the role of Consultant Quantity Surveyor or Employer's Agent including programmed refurbishments, banks, business parks, schools, leisure facilities and major private residential developments. He has also successfully undertaken technical and performance audits for government agencies and housing associations.
