THE WELLCOME TRUST GENOME CAMPUS - NORTH, HINXTON, CAMBRIDGESHIRE

The North Campus at Hinxton includes the restored listed Hinxton Hall with overnight accommodation, management facilities and new dining hall extension together with a separate conference centre with seminar and IT training rooms and a 300 seat auditorium, constructed within existing listed structures. Wheelers provided full quantity surveying services on the £10m manage and construct contract which was completed in February 1997.
