Electronic Arts Headquarters, Chertsey

Designed by Foster + Partners and completed in 2000, this innovative headquarters building for leading games software company Electronic Arts (constructed in partnership with P & O Developments) comprises 100,000 ft² of offices arranged around a lakeside glazed street, together with restaurant, bars, media centre and sports facilities.

Wheelers provided full quantity surveying services for the 18 month, £20m management contract.
