This project, completed in 2010 comprised the comprehensive refurbishment and extension of a deceptively large town house in St John’s Wood. The 475m² property arranged over four levels included a new basement with Aqua Trainer and Spa, green roof, extensive rooflights and advanced integrated heating, lighting and audio visual systems.
