 Constructed on a secluded 150 acre private estate this 1,300m² single level house is semi-underground, exploiting the natural contours of the site. The concrete framed structure supports an irrigated grass roof over dramatic air-conditioned internal spaces characterized by high ceilings and extensive limestone walls and floors.

The central hall includes a stunning moving floor which lowers to reveal an indoor swimming pool under a large rooflight. The main facades feature bespoke full-height electrically controlled pop-out glass walls enabling full panoramic views of the beautiful landscape.
